Categories:Men: H21E, H21A, H21AL, H35-H90, H20, H18, H15, H16, H14, H13, H12, H12TR, H10RR, H9RR. Women: D21E, D21A, D21AL, D35-D85, D20, D18, D16, D15, D14, D13, D12, D12TR, D10RR, D9RR.Please, note the letter L means a short course. For instance courses in the the category H21AL are shorter than in the category H21A.

Courses On Saturday adult categories have the middle distance (categories H/D50 and older have the target time 30-35 minutes) and children categories have the long distance. On Sunday all categories have the long distance.

Elite categories H/D21E. The arranger will choose the 30 best orienteers to the category H21E and the 25 best to the category D21E according the Finnish ranking list (on 5.6.2016). Besides the arranger can choose max 15 (H21E) / 10 (D21E) orienteers from other countries to elite categories. The foreign elite orienteers should be on the same level as the selected Finnish elite orienteers. The arranger can also choose 3+3 competitors using his own consideration. Competitors that don't fit to the elite category will be shifted to H21A / D21A categories.

Entries: By the 5th June 2016 at 24.00 using IRMA SERVICE (link will be available later). Foreign orienteers can also use the email . Entries coming after the date above are considered as late ones.

Fees (totally both days): H/D21E, H/D20E:35 €, H/D21A,B,C, H/D20A, H/D35-85:32 €, younger:18 € NOTE: Members of the foreign clubs may pay their fees before the competition to the info point at the assembly area. Competitors taking part only to one day will pay the half of the fee. The fees can be paid also to the bank: IBAN: FI05 1243 3000 1989 69 SWIFT/BIC: NDEAFIHH (you must paid all bank expenses). Hiring the Emit card is 4€ per day.

Road Guidance and Public Transport

Start times are on Saturday 11-13 and on Sunday 10-12.

Distance to starts on Saturday 0.5 km (all) and on Sunday 2 km (adults) and 0.5 km (children).

Map scale On Saturday 1:10 000 except categories H/D45-90 and H/D9-12 1:7500. On Sunday 1:10 000 exept the elite categories H/D21E, which use the scale 1:15 000. The map is in plastic sheet.

Punching system Emit. Possibility to rent an Emit card 4 euros per day.

Assembly area is in the terrain. Cafe and sausages service. Children care available. Please, inform the information secretary about children below one year.

Nearest camping sites are in Oittaa (17 km from the competition center) and Rastila 50 km from the competition centre; 15 km east of the centre of Helsinki, close to the Rastila metro station).

Prizes according the total results of two days. In children string category all receive a prize.

Open class orienteering (3km, 5 km and 7 km on Saturday (11-13) and on Sunday (10-12). The same control points are used as in the Suunto Games competition. Map fee 10€ (below 19-years 3€), renting of the Emit card 3€.
